STEVEN ADAMS LEFT TEAMMATE STUNNED AFTER GRABBING HIS TOWEL IN AN ODD FASHION
After defeating the New York Knicks in an overtime thriller last night, the Memphis Grizzlies have had an explosive start to their season. The Knicks put forth a valiant effort to stave off the Grizzlies and begin their season with a victory, but Ja Morant’s 34-point performance elevated the Grizzlies to a win.

As Adams was walking alongside the sideline, he was hit in the face by a bullet pass from Derrick Rose. Adams then jokingly asked the referee to give Rose a technical, clearly having fun while doing so.
Can Grizzlies keep up the Momentum
The Grizzlies will bring back the majority of their core from last season, which might be beneficial for a young team that is still learning how to play together. Given the improvements several other clubs in the West have made, it could also be a bad idea. In particular, the Grizzlies lost De’Anthony Melton to a injured Danny Green.
If Ja Morant, Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr can all stay healthy, they would have no doubt getting thought the western conference when NBA playoffs come. However this would be one of the biggest challenges Grizzlies will face this season.
